Public cameras on the map: roads, cities and the border

Is the road clear, how long is the border queue — see the public camera feed before you set off.

Prepared by the InCaseMap team Updated 26 October 2026

In short: As of 26 October 2026, the InCaseMap map has 1,494 public cameras: 520 in Lithuania, 98 in Latvia, 400 in Estonia and 476 in Poland. They show roads, cities (e.g. Vilnius junctions), ports, Nida and the Belarus border crossings. When you tap a camera, the feed opens directly from the camera owner, so you see whether the road is clear and how long the border queue is before you set off. Cameras need the internet. The map is free: app.incasemap.com. InCaseMap is a free map that shows cameras, petrol stations, shelters, evacuation points, hospitals and pharmacies in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland in one window.

What the cameras show

  • Roads and motorways — you see whether traffic is moving.
  • Cities, e.g. Vilnius junctions.
  • Ports and Nida.
  • The Belarus border crossings — you see the queue before you set off.

The feed opens when you tap a camera, directly from the camera owner. Cameras need the internet; the other places on the map are visible offline too.

How to view a camera

  1. Open the InCaseMap map in your browser: app.incasemap.com.
  2. Turn on the “Public cameras” layer.
  3. Zoom in on a road, city or border crossing and tap a camera — its feed opens.

Border queues: cameras at the Belarus border crossings

InCaseMap shows public cameras at the Belarus border crossings. Check the queue before you set off, and if it is long, choose another open crossing. Which crossings are open and which are closed — Border crossings.

Why cameras are on a safety map

When evacuating or getting ready to leave, it matters whether the road is clear and how long you will wait at the border. The same map shows petrol stations, shelters and hospitals too. More: Leaving safely.

About the data
